Daily Exercise Digest 30
Today:
20 Pull ups
20 Chin ups
160 punches shadow boxing (Jabs, Cross, 50 uppercut)
50 push ups
Went down to go to cross fit today only to find out the times had changed! Doh! I may be able to do it on Fridays now. We'll see!
