Daily Exercise Digest 30

Today:
  • 20 Pull ups
  • 20 Chin ups
  • 160 punches shadow boxing (Jabs, Cross, 50 uppercut)
  •  50 push ups
Went down to go to cross fit today only to find out the times had changed! Doh! I may be able to do it on Fridays now. We'll see!
