- 7-ups 60lb bar (aka 21s) (7 from top to halfway down, 7 from bottom halfway up, 7 full curls) (f)
- 20 second hanging L-sit (hanging on pull-up bar) - I need to improve these (f)
Inspiration. Work. Desire. Good video. (Kind of sad too though)
