35 ab rollouts
20 standing to plank ab rollouts
50 pushups
1.78 mile run

Tripod Crow to Headstand - Better Alignment
Tripod Headstand (Sirsasana II) - Side - Needs work! Straighten up!
Tripod Headstand -  Front - PASTY
Silly Trying to work on Planche stuff... not well
