Today:
- 20 Pullups - needed to get the blood pumping since I missed the new yoga class today
- Hopefully I'll get a run tonight - it's been too long! It'll be interesting to see if my limited hip/glute focused workouts will make a difference in my IT, AND that the week off helped as well. We'll see!
- Got a 2 Mile run pushing my cute daughters - that's a crazy stroller, and not in a good way! Definitely affected the pace. Oh well I'm fine with that - and I didn't have major pains anywhere! (usually it hits me at 3 miles so...)
